About us
Dropon is a Ghent-based SaaS company active in the logistics sector. Founded in September 2018, Dropon continued to build on software from the ecological courier service Bubble Post.
Our software helps companies automatically plan and optimize routes, track deliveries and streamline customer communication. Today, the software is mainly used for home deliveries of fresh meals, catering delivery, transport of furniture, building materials, and packages.
Since our initial product launch in 2019, we focused on confirming our value proposition and building a stable client base in Belgium. In 2022 we expanded our wings on the European market and we need help to get our message to the right audience.
🚀 Your mission:
The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyse business. You will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs and identify if there is a product match. You will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.
🧑🎓 Your responsibilities:
Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
Initiate a high-level conversation and gathering information with the right questions
Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
💪 About you:
You just graduated or just had a first working experience
Strong verbal communication (English and Dutch)
Result-oriented and driven by the desire to achieve milestones and targets
You are hungry for challenges and want to be part of a growing organisation
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and would potentially want to start your own business one day
